A child's performance in school means alot to the parents. That's the reason why bad comments such as lack of concentration in class and even being too playful in school that are made by their teachers get the parents worried about their children especially when the children end up getting bad grades. These are some of the reasons parents decide to hire private tutors for their children which of course it is not a bad idea. However the question is,as a parent do you make inquiries from your child about what happens during the learning sessions? Some of these private tutors are not who you think they are. It has been close to 6 months since the outbreak of this deadly virus CORONA VIRUS.This virus has greatly affected everyone worldwide and no one is safe at all from this virus. Looking at how Kenya,to be specific is struggling to survive this disease,I can say there are positive measures that have been put in place to ensure the safety of all Kenyans. Such measures include; staying at home unless it's necessary to leave, wearing a mask when leaving your home, washing or sanitising your hands, locking down the most affected counties and maintaining social distancing of 1.5m apart. However, the Kenyan government has also failed in other ways. An example is the current situation in Kariobangi,Nairobi county. What is currently going on in that place is so inhuman. Challenges are yet to come their way such as financial challenges and many others ,but there is this one challenge that most students especially the females are afraid to speak out against leave alone handling it. I can call it SEX FOR GRADES This challenge is mostly faced by the female students.
